摘 要:目的研究ATP生物荧光法用于评价医疗机构环境物体表面清洁消毒效果。方法采用ATP生物荧检测仪及其配套试剂,对医疗机构物体表面清洁消毒效果进行评价,并与常规细菌定量检测法作并行比较。结果物体表面清洁度检测用手持式ATP生物荧光法检测的RLU/100 cm2数值明显低于细菌培养法检出的存活菌数cfu/cm^2。物体表面消毒效果检测采用细菌培养法检测到消毒后菌数较消毒前下降率平均为99.8%;采用台式ATP生物荧光检测仪检测到消毒后检测数值较消毒前平均下降率为97.6%。结果提示,两种检测方法评价物体表面消毒效果的结果之间无明显统计学意义(P=0.137)。结论针对不同评价要求选取正确的ATP生物荧光法可快速地评价受医疗机构环境物体表面的清洁和消毒效果。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the ATP bioluminescence assay for assessing the cleanliness of hospital surfaces which had been cleaned or disinfected.Methods Hand- held ATP instrument and ATP kit were used to evaluated the cleanliness of hospital surfaces which had been cleaned or disinfected.Results The cleaning effect of the tested surfaces which assessed by ATP bioluminescence assay equipped with hand- held ATP instrument(RLU/100 cm-2) were significantly lower than that assessed by colony counting method(cfu/cm-2).Using the bacterial culture method to assess the disinfection effect of the tested surfaces,the mean rate of the decreased cfu after and before disinfection were 99.8%; Using ATP bioluminescence assay equipped with the desktop ATP instrument to assess the disinfection effect of the tested surfaces,the mean rate of the decreased after and before disinfection were 97.6%.The results showed that there were no statistical differences between the two methods on evaluating the cleanness of hospital environmental surfaces.Conclusion We should correctly choose the ATP bioluminescence assay to the purpose(cleaning or disinfection),which can be a rapid method to assess the cleanliness of hospital surfaces after cleaning and disinfection.
