摘　　要：目的了解托幼机构手卫生管理现状,以便加强托幼机构手卫生质量管理。方法通过现场问卷调查和采样检测方法,对成都市20家托幼机构人员手卫生管理现状进行调查与分析。结果成都市20家托幼机构手卫生设施配置及管理总体合格率为78%。保育员对手卫生指征的知晓率为70%,对六步洗手法的知晓率为87%;保育人员手卫生质量监测合格率为78.6%,公立托幼机构人员手卫生合格率显著高于私立托幼机构者。结论成都市托幼机构手卫生管理及保育员手卫生质量合格率总体偏低,私立托幼机构差距较大,应加强监督管理。Objective To know the status of hand hygiene in kindergartens,in order to improving the hand hygiene quality.Methods Questionnaire,smear sampling were used to evaluate the status of hand hygiene in 20 kindergartens in Chengdu.Results The average pass rate of hand hygiene facility was 78%.The average awareness rates about hand hygiene indication and six-step hand washing for child care nurse were 70% and 87% respectively.The hand hygiene qualified rate of the nurses was 78.6%,the hand hygiene qualified rate in public kindergartens was higher than that in private kindergartens.Conclusion The hand hygiene management has weak link and the qualified rate of nurse＇s hand hygiene is comparatively low.Compared with the public kindergartens,the private kindergartens are obviously less well managed in hand hygiene.Measures such as supervision and quality control need to be strengthened in kindergartens in Chengdu.
