摘　　要：宝钢干熄焦设备内衬耐材国产化后 ,熄焦罐本体、除尘器和锅炉等部位的内衬先后出现严重损蚀 ,导致内衬提前大修 ,威胁到正常生产。在探讨其损蚀机理后 ,提出了冷却段整体浇注、烟道部位局部更换等维护新技术。After the application of domestic refractories in the lining of coke dry quenching(CDQ) at Baosteel,some serious damages happened on some parts of the CDQ ladle,which threated the normal production and finally led to overhaul of lining ahead of schedule.Through the discussion of the cause of the damage,new methods of how to maintain the lining of CDQ are given out,such as integral casting for the cooling chamber,reconstructing part of the flue,and so on.
