2013—2015年复旦大学附属上海市第五人民医院门诊他汀类药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的：了解复旦大学附属上海市第五人民医院（以下简称＂我院＂）门诊他汀类药物的应用情况,以促进合理用药。方法：对2013—2015年我院门诊药房他汀类药物的销售金额、用药频度（defined daily dose system,DDDs）、限定日费用等进行回顾性统计分析。结果：2013—2015年我院门诊他汀类药物的用量呈稳定上升的态势,总销售金额分别为4 207 662.70、4 654 027.90、5284 590.80元;3年来,阿托伐他汀钙片的销售金额分别为2 704 128.4、2 938 749.4、2 815 185.9元,各年销售金额构成比均超过50%,其DDDs构成比为60%~70%;瑞舒伐他汀钙片的用量逐年上升,其DDDs构成比从2013年的13.12%（107 128/816 336）上升至2015年的24.52%（231 756/945 101）。结论：我院门诊他汀类药物的使用基本合理。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the application status of stains in outpatient department of Shanghai the Fifth People’s Hospital of Fudan University （ hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”） , so as to promote rational drug use in clinic.METHODS：Retrospectively statistical analysis was conducted on the consumption sum , defined daily dose system （DDDs）, defined daily cost （DDC） of stains in outpatient department of our hospital during 2013-2015.RESULTS：The consumption amount of stains in outpatient department of our hospital were in a steady rising trend during 2013-2015, the consumption sum were respectively 4 207 662.70 yuan, 4 654 027.90 yuan and 5 284 590.80 yuan.Meanwhile, the consumption sum of Atorvastatin calcium tablets were respectively 2 704 128.4 yuan , 2 938 749.4 yuan and 2 815 185.9 yuan during 2013-2015, the constituent ratio of consumption sum were more than 50%, the constituent ratio of DDDs were 60%-70%.The consumption amount of Rosuvastatin calcium tablets were in a increasing tread , and the constituent 〈br〉 ratio of consumption sum increased from 13.12%（107 128/816 336） in 2013 to 24.52%（231 756/945 101） in 2015. CONCLUSIONS：The applicational of stains in outpatient department of our hospital was basically rational .
