摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在由大肠埃希菌引起脓毒症治疗过程中提供药学服务的方法。方法:以1例由大肠埃希菌引起脓毒患者的治疗过程为例,介绍临床药师积极参与临床治疗,提供用药分析,制订个体化的药学监护计划。结果:通过对患者实施个体化的药学服务,促进合理用药,提高了患者用药的安全性及有效性。结论:临床药师为患者提供个体化药学服务,可提高临床治疗效果,确保用药合理性。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the method of providing pharmaceutical care for patients with sepsis induced by escherichia coli by clinical pharmacists .METHODS：Taking the treatment process of a patient with sepsis induced by escherichia coli as example , the clinical pharmacists participated in clinical practice actively , provided medication guide and formulated individualized pharmaceutical care plan .RESULTS： Through the individualized pharmaceutical care and promotion of rational drug use , the safety and effectiveness of medication in patients had been improved.CONCLUSIONS：Clinical pharmacists provided individualized pharmaceutical care for patients can improve the efficacy in clinic and ensure the rationality of medication .
