从脾论治寒湿腰痛40例

摘　　要：目的观察从脾论治寒湿腰痛的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例,治疗组从脾论治采用甘姜苓术汤加减治疗;对照组采用尼美舒利分散片治疗。两组均7天为一个疗程,3个疗程评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率75.0%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从脾论治寒湿腰痛疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment for cold-dampness lumbago from the spleen. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups treatment group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. The treatment group was treated from the spleen by modified Ganjiang Lingzhu decoction. The control group was treated with nimesulide dispersible tablets. 7days was a course of treatment of both two groups. After 3 courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect was assessed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5% which was better than 75.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment for cold-dampness lumbago from the spleen had exactly curative effect.
