肾性蛋白尿的中医辨治

摘　　要：随着自然及社会环境的改变,人们生活水平的提高,以及蛋白质的大量摄入,导致了蛋白尿发生几率逐渐增高。西医多以激素、免疫抑制剂类药物治疗为主,副作用较大且费用较高。中医中药治疗蛋白尿疗效显著,而且治疗上具有系统化、个体化的特点。根据病因病机的不同,对其进行辨证分型,总结了补肾健脾、益气养阴、清利湿热、活血化瘀几大治法。With the change of natural and social environment, the improvement of people ＇s living standard and a large number of proteins intaking, these result in a gradual increase in the incidence of protein urine. Western medicine mainly used hormones and immunosuppressive drugs to treat this disease, while it has side effects and high cost. The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of proteinuria is significant, and it has the characteristics of systematic and individual treatment. According to different etiology and pathogenesis, by the syndrome type, several therapies of the invigorating the spleen and kidney, supplement-ing qi and nourishing yin, clearing dampness-heat and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis were summarized.
