复方血栓通软胶囊治疗单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方血栓通软胶囊治疗单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的临床疗效。方法选择该院收治的60例单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者作为观察对象(2014年4月—2015年5月),采用计算机随机方式将其分成两组,分别采用氩离子激光进行治疗及复方血栓通软胶囊进行治疗,观察两组单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者治疗后有效率、眼底出血缓解率及患者的生活质量评分。结果实验组30例患者有效率(90.00%)明显优于对照组30例患者(63.33%),且两组之间对比的眼底出血缓解率及患者的生活质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变患者采用复方血栓通软胶囊治疗的效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the compound thrombosis through soft capsule in the treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods Our hospital patients with 60 cases of simple diabetic retinopathy as observation object（ between April 2014 and May 2015）,it is divided into two groups by using the computer random way,argon ion laser treatment and compound thrombosis were used respectively to soft capsule treatment,observe the two groups after treatment of simple diabetic retinopathy patients effectively,fundus bleeding remission rate,and the patient＇s quality of life scores. Results The experimental group 30 cases of patients with efficient（ 90.00%） was better than control group of 30 patients（ 63.33%）,and the contrast between the two groups of patients with fundus bleeding remission rate and quality of life scores were significantly different（ P〈0.05）,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion For patients with simple diabetic retinopathy treated by compound thrombosis through soft capsule of the effect is significant,worthy of clinical promotion.
