摘　　要：本文根据轧机的轧钢方式 ,轧出两头大的厚规格中厚板 ,分析圆盘剪的剪切和重叠量的调整情况 ,找到圆盘剪卡钢的原因 。This article,based on the rolling mode of the mill,rolls medium and heavy plate of thick gauge with two big ends,makes analysis of adjustment of shearing and overlap of the rotary shears,finds out the cause of plate jamming and puts forward optimizing measures of shearing process of the rotary shears.
