国产氯吡格雷治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的药物经济学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨国产氯吡格雷治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)的成本-效果。方法利用Meta分析方法对国产氯吡格雷治疗CHD的有效性及安全性进行评价,并在其基础上开展药物经济学评价。结果共纳入32篇文章,包括7077例患者,其中使用国产氯吡格雷组3477例。国产氯吡格雷在治疗CHD在主要心血管不良事件、24 h血小板聚集率变化及不良反应发生率方面与进口氯吡格雷相当,且对PCI术后患者无明显差异。国产氯吡格雷在药物经济性上具有明显优势。结论对于CHD患者而言,国产氯吡格雷的药物经济性优于进口氯吡格雷,但还需要更多高质量的研究加以验证。Objective To investigate the cost effectiveness of domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods Meta analysis was used to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of CHD,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the drug on the basis of the analysis.Results A total of 32 articles were included,including 7077 patients,of which 3477 patients with domestic clopidogrel group were included.Domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of CHD in major cardiovascular adverse events,24 h platelet aggregation rate and adverse reaction rate and the incidence of adverse effects on the import of clopidogrel,and no significant differences in postoperative patients with PCI.Domestic clopidogrel has obvious advantages in the drug economy.Conclusion For patients with CHD,the drug economy of domestic clopidogrel is better than imported clopidogrel,but also need more high-quality research to verify.
