摘 要:目的探讨氨茶碱与多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2013年11月至2014年11月广州医科大学附属第六医院收治的68例COPD急性加重期患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各34例。两组患者均给予低流量吸氧,遵医嘱使用糖皮质激素与抗感染药物。对照组患者给予氨茶碱,观察组患者采用多索茶碱进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、呼吸功能及运动能力。结果经治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的MWRC评分明显低于对照组,6MWD均明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论较氨茶碱,多索茶碱治疗COPD急性加重期临床效果更理想,可有效改善患者肺功能,不良反应少,用药安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of aminophylline and doxofylline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From November 2013 to November 2014,68 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected as the research object,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method.Two groups of patients were given low flow oxygen,according to the doctor's advice to use glucocorticoid and anti infective drugs.The control group were treated with aminophylline.The observation group were treated with doxofylline treatment,were compared between the two groups of curative effect and adverse reaction occurred,respiratory function and exercise ability.Results After treatment,observation group,the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05); observation group of patients,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05);after the treatment were observed group of patients with MWRC score was significantly lower than that of the control group,6MWD were significantly longer than control group,differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Than that of aminophylline,doxofylline the treatment of COPD acute exacerbation phase of clinical effect is more ideal,can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients, less adverse reactions and high drug safety.
