摘　　要：研究了钢铁企业通过基于数据挖掘的企业竞争情报系统，开展情报挖掘的关键步骤和核心技术，通过打造智能竞争情报系统，实现从海量数据中快速提取有价值信息，制定出适合企业发展的战略决策，是钢铁企业保持核心竞争力、赢得市场竞争的关键。This paper studies the key steps and core technology of developing intelligence information mining for steel enterprises through the enterprise competitive intelligence system based on the data mining. By building a competitive intelligence system, steel enterprises can achieve the rapid extraction of valuable information from the huge amounts of data, and draw up the strategic decision suitable for the enterprise development, which is the key to maintaining core competitiveness and winning the market competition for steel enterprises.
