肾复康胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察肾复康胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法选取2012年1月—2015年12月在天津市第一中心医院肾内科就诊且确诊为慢性肾小球肾炎患者95例,随机分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(47例)。对照组患者在常规治疗同时口服百令胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服肾复康胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗12周。观察记录两组患者的临床总有效率、治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数(RBC)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)的水平变化。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为85.42%、93.62%,两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的24 h尿蛋白、RBC、BUN和Scr水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者降低程度更为明显,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾复康胶囊联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎具有良好的疗效,能够改善肾功能指标,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To observe the efficacy of Shenfukang Capsules combined with Corbrin Capsules in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods Patients（95 cases） with chronic glomerulonephritis in Tianjin First Center Hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were divided into control（48 cases） and treatment（47 cases） groups. The patients treated with western conventional treatment in the control group were po administered with Corbrin Capsules, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenfukang Capsules on the basis of control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of 24 h urine protein, RBC, BUN, and Scr before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control group and treatment group were 85.42% and 93.62%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, 24 h urine protein, RBC, BUN, and Scr in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shenfukang Capsules combined with Corbrin Capsules has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, and improve the renal function indexes, which has a certain clinical application value.
