摘　　要：从胡佛研究所成功转型的启示到当前我国档案机构所面对的由内外因共同驱动的历史机遇,结合档案机构自身的优势,指出档案机构向智库转型,为公共决策提供智库服务已经具备基本条件。此外,档案机构向智库转型需找准切入点,扬长避短才能达到事半功倍的效果。Lessons from a successful transition to the Hoover Institution archives institutions are facing our country from internal and external driven by common historical opportunity, combined with their own advantages archival institutions, archival institutions noted that the transition to the think tank, think tank to provide services to the public decision-making already have the basic conditions; in addition, archival institutions in transition need to find the right way to think tanks, and avoid weaknesses in order to achieve a multiplier effect.
