农村公共体育服务供给侧改革协同治理路径研究

摘　　要：大力发展农村体育是当前社会主义新农村建设的重要内容,是我国从体育大国走向体育强国的必经之路。而农村公共体育服务效率的高低将直接影响着农村体育的发展与兴衰。如何提升我国农村公共体育服务能力和效率,是新时期我国体育工作的一大重要课题。从客观的视角审视我国农村公共体育服务需求的现实状况、存在的现实问题及影响因素,并通过对国外公共体育服务实地调研,以国际视野的高度探究我国农村公共体育服务的供给侧改革治理路径:引入社会力量参与农村公共体育服务、对农村公共体育服务供给的结构进行调整、建立农村公共体育服务供给的绩效评价体系等方面提升新时期我国农村公共体育服务能力和效率,进一步推进我国全民健身活动。Vigorously developing rural sports is an important content of socialist new rural construction and it is the only way for China to move forward from a sport giant to a sport power. The efficiency of the rural public sports service will directly affect the rise and fall of the rural sports development. How to improve China＇s rural public sports service ability and efficiency is an important subject of sports work in the new period. From an objective perspective,this article surveys the current situation of rural public sports service demand,the existing problems and the influencing factors. And through empirical study for the foreign public sports service,the authors also explore the supply-side reform and the way of governance of China＇s rural public sports service from an international angle. The above aims can be achieved from the follow ing aspects： introducing the social forces to participate in rural public sports services,adjusting the structure of the rural public sports service supply and establishing the performance evaluation system which can improve the ability and efficiency of the rural public sports service supply. These measures help to further promote national fitness in China.
