摘 要:探讨全身振动训练对胰岛素抵抗大鼠(IR)症状及脂肪代谢的影响,为振动训练治疗糖尿病的生物学机制及在康复医学中的应用提供一定的参考价值。选取雄性Wistar大鼠并通过高脂饲料喂养8周来诱导IR模型,其中20只作为运动组接受8周频率为25 hz,振幅为1.5 mm的全身振动训练。结果表明振动训练后,大鼠外周胰岛素敏感性指标体重、FBG、FSI、ISI及HOMA-IR水平显著性低于模型组(P<0.05);血清炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6和IFN-γ值均大幅度下降;血浆TG、TC及LDL-C水平均降低,HDL-C水平升高;脂联素及chemerin水平均低于模型组,瘦素水平高于模型组(P<0.05)。结果表明全身振动训练可改善IR大鼠的症状,对脂肪代谢有保护作用且对于恢复脂肪组织正常代谢有促进效果。To study the effect of whole-body vibration training on the symptoms and fat metabolism in Insulin Resistance rats and to explore the biological mechanisms of vibration training in treatment of diabetes in order to provide reference value in rehabilitation medicine applications. Male Wistar rats were selected and fed for 8 weeks to induce IR model by high fat diet,in which 20 as the exercise group received eight weeks frequency of 25 hz,1. 5mm amplitude of whole-body vibration training. The results is that after vibration training,the outer peripheral insulin sensitivity index weight,FBG,FSI,ISI and HOMA-IR were significantly lower than those of the model group( P 〈0.05); serum inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-6 and IFN-γ values were significantly decreased; plasma TG,TC and LDL-C levels were reduced,and HDL-C levels increased; adiponectin and chemerin levels were lower than those of the model group,leptin levels was higher than that of the model group( P〈 0. 05). The conclusion showed that whole-body vibration training can improve symptoms of IR rats,which has a protective effect on fat metabolism and adipose tissue to restore normal metabolism promoting effect.
