摘　　要：极板前放EPAM作为XRMI电成像测井仪器电流测量的第一级,对信号的采集及处理至关重要。EPAM的状态和性能对测井资料有着直接影响,需要在实验室对EPAM进行加温测试和筛选。针对EPAM的工作环境设计出了一种可模拟井下温度和地层负载的EPAM加温测试外刻度器。EPAM加温测试外刻度器主要由加温装置和模拟负载装置两部分组成。配合EPAM测试系统,EPAM加温测试外刻度器可在不同温度环境下对EPAM进行三种模拟负载测试。通过加温测试外刻度器筛选出的EPAM测井效果良好。As the first level of current measurement of XRMI imaging logging instrument,the EPAM is vital to the signal acquisition and processing. The status and performance of EPAM have a direct impact on logging data,therefore the heating tests and screening of EPAM in the laboratory are required. In view of the EPAM working environment,an EPAM testing calibrator to simulate the downhole temperature and strata load is designed. EPAM heating test calibrator is mainly composed of two parts,including the heating device and the loading simulation device. Cooperated with EPAM test system,EPAM heating test calibrator has three kinds of simulation load tests on EPAM in different temperature environment. The EPAM screened by the heating test calibrator showed good performance in logging process.
