电泵抽油井油套双探头测压器的研究及应用

摘  要:利用电泵井压力的监测了解区块内主力油层的地层压力、地层系数、流体系数等地层参数,为电泵井的注采关系的调整提供数据。以往测压一般采用单探头测压器坐阀并关井方式完成,常常导致测压成功率低下,影响油井产量。通过设计油套双探头测压器,实现油管内和油套环空内不连通下直接同步测量记录油管内和油套环空内的压力,克服了单探头测压器的缺点。双探头测压器现场测压数据表明,应用效果良好。The formation data such as the formation pressure,the formation coefficient,and the flow capacity of the major reservoir within oil block are obtained by pressure monitoring in the electrical pump well,which can provide the basis for the adjustment of injection-production relation. In the past,pressure was measured in the form of single probe manograph sitting valve and shut-in,which caused low success ratio and low well yield. The design of tubing-casing double probe manograph realized the progress of measuring the pressure in tubing and annulus at the same time when the tubing and annulus are not connected,and overcame the disadvantage of the single probe manograph. The analysis on the data of measuring pressure tested by double probe manograph shows the application effect is good.
