摘　　要：4203XA四臂井径下井仪器在测井施工前要根据与不同仪器的组合更换线路中的跨接插座,这个做法不仅对仪器线路有潜在损伤,或损坏原器件或挤伤导线绝缘皮,而且一旦忘记更换或更换了错误的跨接插座还会造成井径信号无法接收的后果。为避免上述情况发生,用继电器代替跨接插座,无须拆装仪器即可实现信号通道的转换。The jumper socket of 4203 XA 4-arm caliper must be changed in accordance with different down hole tool string before logging,which not only possibly injure the circuit,but also may damage the components or squeeze the wire,and if the operator forgets to replace the jumper socket or changes a wrong one,the caliper signal can not be received. In order to avoid the above faults,a relay was used to take the place of the jumper socket in the electric circuit,which can realize the signal channels transformation without opening the caliper tool.
