摘 要:为促进贫瘠土地区植被混凝土生态防护工程的持续性,利用大渡河流域双江口水电站工区种植土制备植被混凝土,研究了活化菌剂施用量对植被混凝土肥力、植物生物量与养分农学效率的影响。结果表明:活化菌剂的施用使基材p H值降低,对植物生长有正面影响;活化菌剂施用量的增加,不同程度提高了基材单个肥力因子水平,有效降低了综合肥力指数;植物生物量与养分农学效率则随活化菌剂施用量的增加呈单峰曲线变化,当施用量为基材质量的6%—9%时达到峰值。综合考虑基材肥力与植物生长状况,推荐植被混凝土中活化菌剂施用量为6%—9%。In order to promote the application and sustainability of vegetation-concrete technology in areas of low natural soil fertility, the experiment selected planting soil in Shuang3iangkou hydropower station construction area as the original soil of vegetation concrete, and studied the different amounts of microbial inocula substrate activator on plant biomass, fertility factor and integrated fertility index with time. The results showed that applying different amounts of activators declined the substrate pH and had significant differences among times. With the increase of activator, single fertility factor value of substrate increased, and responses to different amounts of activators were different; there was a negatively significant relationship between the activator content and comprehensive fertility index. Plant biomass and nutrient agronomic efficiency with the added amount of the gradient showed a single peak curve; when the amount was between 6% and 9% they reached the peak. When taking plant growth and supplying power of soil fertility into account, the best activator amount was 6%-9% of the mass of substrate.
