摘 要:目的提高壮腰健肾丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法定性鉴别壮腰健肾丸中的狗脊、鸡血藤、桑寄生、金樱子;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定槲皮素、咖啡酸的质量分数。结果 TLC图谱斑点清晰、分离度好且阴性对照无干扰。槲皮素在0.999 9~2.498 0μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为102.15%,RSD为1.77%;咖啡酸在0.024 7~0.628 2μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.96%,RSD为1.40%。结论提高后的质量标准能更好地控制壮腰健肾丸的质量。Objective To improve the quality standard of Zhuangyao Jianshen pills. Methods Rhizoma cibotii, Caulis Spatholobi, Taxillus chinensis and Cherokee rose in the pills were identified by TLC, both the contents of quercetin and eaffeic acid were determined with HPLC. Results The TLC spots were clear and separated well without interference by the negative control. Quercetin had good linearity in the range of 0.099 9-2.498 0 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 102.15%, with RSD of 1.77%. Caffeic acid had good linearity in the range of 0.024 7-0.628 2 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.96%, with RSD of 1.40%. Conclusion The method was specific, sensitive and repeatable, which could achieve better quality control of Zhuangyao Jianshen pills.
