摘 要:冰箱目前的在线氦质谱检漏方案由于受制于全球范围的氦气短缺,已成为生产的瓶颈,并且存在重复检漏问题,不符合精益理念问题,亟需改进。本文通过大量的试验数据,对冰箱制冷系统压力变化规律进行理论分析,提出检漏技术的改进方案:将低压检漏工序设置到充注工序和高压检漏之间,取消氦质谱检漏,在保证检漏效果的前提下避免重复检漏,降低质量成本,消除生产瓶颈。Refrigerator current online helium mass spectrometer leak detection scheme is limited by global shortage of helium gas, has become the bottleneck of production, and duplicate leak detection, does not conform to the lean philosophy, needs to be improved. In this paper, through a large number of experimental data, and the theory analysis of the refrigeration system pressure change rule, leak detection technology improvement scheme is put forward: set the low pressure leak detection process between the filling process and high pressure leak detection, cancel the helium mass spectrometer leak detection, in guarantee under the premise of leak detection effect to avoid repetition of leak detection, reduce quality cost, eliminate production bottleneck.
