舌下脱敏治疗对变应性鼻炎患者Th17/Treg免疫平衡的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗对变应性鼻炎患者Th17/Treg免疫平衡的影响。方法选取10 0例变应性鼻炎患者,分为观察组(n=5 0)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合舌下脱敏治疗。比较两组症状积分、药物评分、白细胞介素17(interleukin-17,IL-17)表达、转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)表达及外周血Th17/Treg细胞比例。结果治疗后,观察组Th17细胞比例、Treg细胞比例、IL-17表达、TGF-β1表达与对照组均存在明显差异(P均<0.05)。观察组症状总积分与药物评分与对照组均存在明显差异(P均<0.05)。结论粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗变应性鼻炎可显著临床症状,而调节Th17/Treg免疫平衡可能是其主要作用机制。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of dermatophagoides farinae drops on Th17/Treg balance of the patients with allergic rhinitis. METHODS One hundred patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into observation group（n=50） and control group（n=50）. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group were treated with conventional therapy combined with dermatophagoides farinae drops for 3 months. The symptoms score, medication score, interleukin-17（IL-17） expression, transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） expression and Th17/Treg cell proportion of the two groups were compared. RESULTS After treatment, the Th17/Treg cell proportion, IL-17 expression and TGF-β1 expression of the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. The symptoms score and medication score of the two groups also had signif icant difference（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Dermatophagoides farinae drops for treatment of allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, and regulating the Th17/Treg immune balance may be its mechanism.
