摘 要:贵州织纳矿区属突出煤层群开采,开采程序不合理是制约该矿区区域瓦斯高效治理的核心问题。肥田煤矿是矿区典型的突出煤层群开采矿井,选择6号煤层作为保护层,采用下行式开采程序。但是矿井建设过程中6号煤层瓦斯灾害严重,煤巷掘进进度缓慢,采掘接替紧张。针对肥田煤矿突出煤层群瓦斯灾害存在问题,从宏观区域瓦斯治理理念出发,提出"组间上行、下煤组下行、上煤组上行"的开采程序,确定矿井突出煤层群开采的保护层,并对保护层开采时区域瓦斯治理及实现设计产能的可行性进行分析,为实现矿井区域瓦斯治理步入良性循环和安全高效生产奠定基础。Zhina coal area of Guizhou belongs to the mining of coal seam groups with outburst danger. The unreasonable mining procedure is the core problem for the regional efficient gas control in mining outburst coal seams in the Zhina coal area. Feitian Coal Mine is a classical coal mine of mining outburst coal seams,and the 6 coal seam was chosen as a protective seam,and downward mining procedure. However,there are serious gas disaster in the course of construction in the 6 coal seam. The tunneling progress of coal lane becomes slower,and the excavation replacement becomes anomalously tense. In view of the situation of gas disaster of outburst coal seams in Feitian Coal Mine,the uplink between seams,downlink in lower coal seam and uplink in upper coal seam were proposed based on the idea of macroscopic regional gas control. Meanwhile,the optimal of protective seam was confirmed and the feasibility of regional gas control and production design were analyzed. Based on above reasons,this will lay a foundation to realize the gas effective control and safety efficient product.
