摘 要:WZ12-2油田目的层段存在异常高压和裂缝性泥岩,钻井液密度高,断层交错,极易发生漏失,限制了固井时的泵压和排量,导致固井质量一直很难保证。而旋转尾管固井技术能够有效提高水泥浆顶替效率和固井质量。鉴于此,结合南海WZ12-2油田的实际情况,分析了旋转尾管固井施工的主要技术难点,阐述了尾管固井工具选择、工具参数设定、扶正器的选择和旋转尾管固井操作等关键技术措施,完成了A平台8口定向井的旋转尾管固井作业。与常规尾管固井作业对比结果表明,旋转尾管固井作业固井质量明显较高。本次现场应用实践对于旋转尾管固井工艺优化及其在大斜度井中的推广应用具有重要的意义,也为提高大斜度井和小间隙井固井质量提供了新的解决方法。Rotating liner cementing technology can effectively improve the efficiency of cement displacement and cementing quality. Considering the practical situation of the WZ12-2 Oilfield in South China Sea, the main technical difficulties of rotating liner cementing operation has been analyzed. The key technical measures like the liner cementing tool selection, tool’ s parameter setting, stabilizer selection and rotating liner cementing operation have been introduced. The rotating liner cementing operations of 8 directional wells on platform A have been com-pleted and have attained much better cementing quality compared with conventional liner cementing operation. The field application practices have presented important significance for rotating liner cementing process optimization and its application promotion in highly deviated wells. The technology provides a new solution to improving the cemen-ting quality of highly deviated wells and small casing-wellbore annulus well.
