摘  要:垦利10-1 WHPA/WHPB模块钻机是中国海洋石油有限公司有史以来结构最大的海洋模块钻机,同时也是目前最大跨距、覆盖井槽最多的海洋模块钻机。概述了海洋模块钻机的构成、不同结构形式钻井设备模块的特点。重点介绍了采用分体式结构形式的垦利10-1 WHPB钻井设备模块的改进:滑道梁增加侧向支撑杆件,用于增强滑道梁结构刚度,提高稳定性;对于DES下层甲板梁,增大跨距间主梁,用于改善大跨距门式框架结构整体强度和刚度;滑轨由T形结构改为Π形结构,用于增强滑轨结构强度,提高承载能力。计算结果表明:改进后的DES结构完全满足使用要求。KL10-1 WHPA & WHPB modular drilling rig(MDR)is by far the largest MDR of CNOOC,meanwhile,its span is also the largest.In this paper,the composition of the offshore modular drilling rig and the characteristics of different structural drilling equipment set(DES)of MDR were introduced,moreover,the paper focuses on the improvements of KL10-1 WHPB DES which has a split type structure form.Detail improvements are as followed:lateral support beams are added in the skid girder to strengthen stiffness and improve stability of skid girder;the span of the main girders located in the lower deck of Des is increased,which aims at improving overall strength and stiffness of the large span portal frame structure;T-shaped structure of slipway beam is changed intoΠ-shaped structure to gain the strength and improve the bearing capability.The calculation results show that the improved DES structure can meet the requirements of application.
