摘　　要：传统的清蜡方式存在能耗高、二氧化碳排放量大、成本高等缺点。研制了新型LNG洗井清蜡车,与传统燃油和CNG洗井清蜡车相比,具有良好的安全性和经济性。采用LNG为燃料,车上不需要设置柴油箱,简化了设备的结构,设计了LNG转化天然气的供给系统与控制系统。现场试验表明,该洗井清蜡车结构设计合理、操作方便、性能优良,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。Traditional paraffin removal process has the following disadvantages,for an example,more equipment energy consumption,high discharge of CO2,as well as high expenses.JY5190TXL20 LNG well flushing-wax removal vehicle was developer,it has many advantages compared to the equipment use traditional fuel and CNG,and it provides security and economy.Using LNG as fuel,there is no necessity to equip a diesel tank the truck,thus simplifying the structure of the equipment,designing on the system of LNG converting gaseous,and controlling by advanced control system.The field test show that the well flushing-wax removal vehicle is rational in structural design and convenient in field hoisting and strong in the operating capacity,and it provides economy and social benefit.
