摘  要:目的优选皂矾洗剂的提取工艺。方法以苦参碱为指标,对加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间、提取次数4个影响因素进行考察,采用正交试验法优选皂矾洗剂的提取工艺。结果皂矾洗剂的最佳水提工艺是,按处方比例称取药材,加入10倍量水,浸泡1.5 h,提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选的水提工艺简单可行,稳定可靠,具可操作性和重复性。Objective To optimize the preparation technology of melanterite lotion. Methods The contents of matrine was taken as the indexes, the factors of the amount of water, time of soaking and extraction, and extraction times were investigated. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the prepartion technology for extrating melanterite lotion. Results The optimal preparation technology was as follows:adding 10 folds of water, soaking for 1. 5 h, extracting 3 times, 1 h/time. Conclusion The optimized preparation technology for melanterite lotion is reasonable, feasible, stable, reliable and has good reproducibility.
