丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗精神分裂症攻击行为的增效作用及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗伴攻击行为的精神分裂症的增效作用及安全性。方法选择医院伴攻击行为的精神分裂症患者60例,按随机数字表法进行分组,对照组30例患者采用奥氮平进行常规治疗,观察组30例患者在常规治疗基础上联合丙戊酸镁缓释片进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者经不同治疗方法后对病情的增效作用及安全性。结果观察组患者精神症状(TPRS)及外显行为攻击(MOAS)评分情况在治疗1周后开始有很大程度改善,而对照组患者在治疗2周后开始有所改善,观察组患者TPRS及MOAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗2周后副反应量表(TESS)评分为(4.02±1.11)分,治疗4周后TESS评分为(5.02±1.17)分,明显低于对照组的(4.86±1.75)分及(6.19±2.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗伴攻击行为的精神分裂症患者,可有效改善精神症状及外显行为,对治疗有增效作用,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高。Objective To investigate the synergistic effect and safety of Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia with aggressive behavior. Methods 60 patients with aggressive behavior of schizophrenia were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, the control group （ 30 cases ） was treated with conventional olanzapine, and the observation group （ 30 cases ） was given conventional treatment combined with Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets. The synergistic efficacy and safety were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The psychiatric symptoms （ TPRS ） and ex-plicit attacks （ MOAS ） scores of the two groups had greatly improved after 1 weeks treatment, while the control group began to improve after 2 weeks of treatment, and TPRS and MOAS in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, with statisti-cally significant differrence （ P 〈 0. 05 ）;the TESS scores of the observation group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment were （ 4. 02 ± 1. 11 ） and （ 5. 02 ± 1. 17 ） which were significantly lower than （ 4. 86 ± 1. 75 ） and （ 6. 19 ± 2. 01 ） of the control group, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）;the incidence rate of adverse reactions rate of the patients in the observation group （ 10. 00% ） was significantly lower than the control group （ 36. 67% ） , with statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Magnesium Valproate Sus-tained Release Tablets in treating aggressive behavior of patients with schizophrenia effectively improve the mental symptoms and action, have synergistic effect with fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
