摘  要:目的:探讨强化自我管理教育对慢性心力衰竭患者药物依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:将86例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为干预组及对照组。对照组患者进行常规自我管理教育,干预组在对照组的基础上接受了培训-测评-重点培训模式的强化自我管理训练。干预前后采用剩余药片计数方法及明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷评估患者的药物依从性及生活质量。结果:干预前患者一般情况、药物依从性及生活质量得分在两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后药物依从性较前显著提高,干预组与对照组相比,差异有显著性[分别为(88.7±9.8)和(92.4±9.0);P<0.05]。干预6个月后对照组患者生活质量总分为(45.6±17.1)分,干预组生活质量评分为(37.5±18.3)分,两组之间差异有显著性。结论:对慢性心力衰竭患者应用强化自我管理训练可提高患者的服药依从性,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective: To evaluate the effects of intensive self-management education on medication adherence and qualityof life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:86 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into theintervention group and control group.The patients in control group received routine self-management education,and in interventiongroup,the patients received training-evaluation-special training for intensive self-management education.The remaining pillcounting method and Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire (MLHFQ) were used to assess the medication complianceand the quality of life.Results:The baseline medication adherence and quality of life scores had not significant difference betweentwo groups(P〉0.05).After intervention,the rate of medication adherence were significantly enhanced[ (88.7±9.8) and (92.4±9.0)incontrol group and intervention group respectively],the difference was significant between two groups(P〈0.05).After 6 monthsintervention,the quality of life score was higher in control group than in intervention group(45.6 vs. 37.5, P〈0.05). Conclusion:Intensive self-management education significantly enhanced the rate of medication adherence and quality of life in patients withchronic heart failure.
