摘  要:合成了Dawson型H_(12)[P_2Mo_(12)V_6O_(62)]·12H_2O杂多酸,采用红外、X射线、热重表征了其结构;讨论了杂多酸催化合成乙酸正丁酯的催化剂质量分数、醇酸物质量比和反应时间3个变化因素,利用3因素3水平正交实验L9(33),考察反应条件对酯化率的影响,得出最佳反应条件为醇酸物质的量比为1.2∶1,催化剂质量分数为0.4%,反应时间为4h.Dawson type heteropoly acid Hi2 [P2 M〇i2 V6〇62 ]·12H2O has been synthesized and its structurebeen characterized by IR , XRD and TG. Considered as heteropoly acid catalyst in synthesis of n-butyl acetate,the influence of three factors of catalyst concentration, m olar of alcohol to acid and reaction tim e onthe esterification rate have been discussed by developing orthogonal pilot program L 9(3 3). T he optim umconditions w hich determ ined by orthogonal experim ent are as follow s: the m olar ration of acetic acid to nbutanolw as 1. 2 : 1, w eight of heteropoly acid w as 0. 4% of total w eight, reaction tim e w as 4 h.
