摘　　要：结合专职科研队伍在临床教学医院建设和发展中所面临的问题,介绍了提升医院科研创新能力和学科建设有益的经验和方法。从临床教学医院的实际情况出发,对比分析了构建高水平专职科研队伍的必要性,并从岗位设置、人员结构、晋升考核、激励政策等方面提出了一系列有效的解决方案,以期为临床教学医院建立定位明确、层次清晰、结构合理、可持续发展的高水平专职科研队伍提供一些新思路和新途径。In view of problems in the construction and development of professional scientific research team in clinical teaching hospitals, this paper introduces our experience and methods of improving hospital research innovativeness and discipline construction. Based on the actual situation of clinical teaching hospitals,the paper analyzes and compares the necessity of establishing a high-level professional research team,and then proposes effective solutions regarding position setting,personnel structure,promotion and evaluation,and incentive policy. We hope to provide some new ideas and new ways for clinical teaching hospitals to develop a high-level professional research team with definite orientation,clear gradation,reasonable structure and sustainable development.
