摘  要:通过风险评估可以确定潜在风险,采取预防和控制措施,避免项目后期昂贵的风险补偿行为。指标体系建立是风险评估的基础性工作,文中运用系统分析法和G1法进行研究。首先,分析归纳出软件项目风险评估的16个指标,构建了指标体系结构模型;然后,阐明G1法对AHP进行改进的基本思路,构建了计算权重的数学模型;最后,按照G1法的步骤计算了指标的权重,形成了完整的指标体系。文中的研究内容只是一种理解和分析问题的基本思路,实际应用时还需要与具体项目相结合,采用定性分析与定量计算相结合的方法计算权重,才能使指标体系更符合实际。Potential risks can be determined by a risk assessment, so we can take prevention and controlmeasures to avoid costly risk compensation behavior late in the project. Establishment on indicationsystem is the basis work ol risk assessment, and this paper uses system analysis and G 1 method to study.First, a structure model ol indication system was constructed by analyzing and summarizing 16 indicatorsol software project risk assessment; then, it clarified the basic idea ol A H P is improved by G 1 method andconstructed a mathematical model to calculate weights ; finally,the indication weights were calculatedaccording to the steps of G 1 method to form a complete indication system. Contents of this article is justa basic idea to understand and analyze the problems, so you are also required to combine it with thespecific projects in practical applications and adopt a method combined qualitative analysis withquantitative calculation to calculate weights, and then you can get a more realistic indication system.
