摘 要:随着信息技术的应用推广和网络互联的日趋紧密,现代社会对信息系统的依赖程度不断提高,信息系统逐渐成为国家、机构和企事业单位的核心资产和基础设施之一。与此同时,信息系统也面临越来越多的安全威胁,如网络系统硬件故障、人为操作失误、恶意的网络攻击、自然灾害甚至恐怖袭击等。尽管借助技术和管理措施可以有效地降低部分安全事件发生的可能性或者杜绝部分安全事件,但是信息系统的复杂性和外界的不可抗因素决定了安全事件的发生是不可避免的。因此,信息系统不但需要访问控制等对抗能力,还需要具备一定的恢复能力。备份和恢复机制可以在发生安全事件时及时进行响应,尽快地恢复信息系统的运行,有效地减少甚至避免安全事件导致的损失以及对信息系统的影响。With the popularization and application ol information technology and the interconnectionincreasingly close, continuously improve the modern society ’s dependence on information system,information system gradually become one ol the core assets and infrastructure ol countries,institutions andenterprises and institutions. At the same time,the information system is also facing more and more securitythreats,such as network hardware failure, human error, malicious network attacks, natural disasters orterrorist attacks. Although with the technical and management measures can effectively reduce thepossibility of partial safety incidents or stop some of the security incidents, but information systemcomplexity and the rest of the world can not be anti factors determine the security events of occurrence isinevitable. Therefore,the information system should not only access control against the ability,but alsoneed to have a certain ability to recover. Backup and recovery mechanism in the event of a securityincident response in a timely manner,as soon as possible to restore information system,effectively reduceor avoid losses caused by security incidents and the influence on the information system.
