摘　　要：本文基于我国五大国有商业银行2004—2014年的面板数据,运用stata11软件构建两个面板多元回归模型,分别从盈利性和风险性两个角度考察了多元化经营对国有商业银行绩效的内在影响。研究结果表明:国有商业银行在开展多元化经营时提高了盈利水平,同时也分散了风险。最后,在此结论的基础上为国有商业银行更有效地开展多元化经营提出了几点建议。Based on the panel data of China’s five state-owned commercial banks from 2004 to 2014,thispaper uses statall software and builds two panel regression models to examine the inherent impact ofdiversification on the performance of the state-owned commercial banks respectively from the angle of profitand risk. The results show that the profits of the state-owned commercial banks have raised and the riskshave been spread. On the basis of this conclusion,some suggestions are put forward for the state-ownedcommercial banks to carry out diversification more effectively.
