我国优秀击剑运动员身体运动功能与伤病发生概率研究

摘　　要：主要探讨FMS、YBT得分与我国击剑优秀运动员伤病的关系。采用文献资料法、调查法对国家击剑队各剑种优秀运动员的身体运动功能与伤病情况进行分析。结果表明:我国击剑优秀运动员中,伤病运动员FMS得分(14.95±1.88)与无伤病运动员FMS得分(16.56±1.59)存在显著差异(P<0.05)。相关分析表明,将FMS得分≤15分判定为伤病的准确率为76.7%,将YBT两侧差异X>4,Y、Z>6判定为伤病的准确率为70.0%,将两者结合判定伤病的准确率为100%。这些发现说明FMS、YBT能较好地应用于我国击剑优秀运动员的伤病预测。The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between FMS,YBT score and the injury of elite fencing athletes in China.By using the method of literature review and investigation,the body functional movement and the injury situation of the national fencing team were analyzed.The results showed that FMS scores of injured athletes （14.95±1.88） and non-injured athletes （16.56±1.59） were significantly different （P〈0.05）.In addition,correlation analysis showed the FMS score ≤15 points for the accurate determination of injury was 76.7%,the difference between both sides of the YBT X〉4,Y、Z〉6 injury was determined to be 70.0% accurate,the two who combined determination injuries accuracy was 100%.These findings illustrate the FMS,YBT can be better applied to predict the injuries of elite fencing athletes.
