摘　　要：目的:研究住院医师规范化培训全面启动对医学生考研、就业心理产生的影响,为医学院校和相关管理部门制定政策提供参考依据。方法:运用自填式问卷调查皖南医学院三、四年级在校本科生,了解规培全面启动对其考研、就业意向的影响。结果:规培全面启动会降低医学生考研积极性,改变医学生毕业流向和就业格局。结论:医学院校应充分发挥宣传主阵地作用,培训基地通过合理化研究生规培方案、实现研究生教育与规培并轨、建立基地与基层医院的长期合作机制,提高医学生考研积极性和基层工作意愿。Objective： The aim is to study the psychological influence of standardized resident training on the students＇ postgraduate entrance examination and employment among medical students, and to provide a reference basis for medical college and relevant administrative department on policy-making. Methods： A selfadministered questionnaire was used to investigate the junior and senior students from Wanan Medical College and analyzed the influence of standardized resident training on the postgraduate qualifying examination and employment. Results： Fully promoting standardized resident training will dampen medical graduates＇ enthusiasm and change the graduate flow and employment pattern. Conclusions： In order to improve the enthusiasm of medical graduate on the postgraduate qualifying examination and grass-root employment, college should rationalize the training scheme and merge the process of postgraduate education and standardized resident training, then set up a long-term cooperation mechanism with primary hospital.
