摘　　要：医联体是近年来国家深化医疗体制改革的新举措,其鼓励不同等级的医疗机构妥善分流就诊人群、优化配置医疗资源。信息系统的互联互通是医联体能够高效运作的必要条件,但医院之间的信息系统异构为数据整合带来了巨大挑战。以东南大学附属中大医院医联体信息化工作为基础,提出一种低成本、高成效的医联体信息体系建设方案。实践证明,该方案能够有效整合多家医疗机构的异构信息系统,并为其他医联体的信息化建设提供了参考与借鉴。Medical association unit is a new way for national medical system reform in recent years. It encourages medical institutionsof all levels to regulate the number of patients and allocate medical resources optimally. Connectivity of Information systems is a necessarycondition to guarantee the high working efficiency, but the differences existing among the medical information systems bring us greatchallenge. A solution is presented in this paper which is based on the practice of Affiliated Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University. Itis characterized by low cost and high efficiency. The solution can not only integrate heterogeneous information systems, which belong todifferent medical institutions, but also present a reference of information construction for other hospital association units.
