摘　　要：目的:实现区域内医疗卫生机构互联互通、信息共享。方法:在结合宁波市鄞州区信息化基础设施建设现状的情况下,积极探索建设基于居民电子健康档案的区域卫生信息化平台。结果:形成了具有"数据实时性、功能协同性、管理针对性、建设互动性、流程再造性、发展拓展性"六大特色的"鄞州模式"^([1])。结论:在协助卫生决策、提升医疗水平、保障群众健康等方面发挥了重要作用,实践取得良好成效。Objective To implement the interconnection between the medical and health institution＇s exchanges with the informationshares. Methods： Under the present situation of the information infrastructure in Yinzhou District, a regional health informationplatform based on the electronic healthcare record is constructed. Results： Explore a ＂Yinzhou mode＂, which includes six characteristicssuch as real-time property, functional cooperation, targeted management, constructive interaction, process reengineering, andexpansion. Conclusion： It has achieved good results in practice, and has played an important role in several aspects such as assistingmake the health decision-making, improving medical level, and ensuring the health of people.
