摘　　要：主要阐述医院门诊预约挂号平台的构建与实施。目的是为患者提供网络、电话、现场自助、手机支付宝服务窗、短信、WAP等多种预约渠道的同时,有效缓解医院门诊"挂号难,看病难"的问题。系统通过对医院号源的统一管理,采用多渠道的预约方式,实现了分时段预约,按时间就诊的机制,不仅规范了医生的出诊安排,还可以有效控制患者赴约时间和数量,使出诊和就诊相对可控,从而缓解院方的接诊压力,提升医院管理水平和医疗质量。The building and executing of hospital outpatient registration reservation platform, described in this paper, provides multiwaysreservation services for patients, including on-line, telephone, on-site self-service ＆ artificial-service, mobile phone＇ s aliped, SMSand WAP, et al. The unified appointment registration system evolved out of their fusion with the purpose to relieve the difficultiesof patients＇ registration and time-sharing service. All these not only relieve the crowded medical environment but also improve thehospital management level and raise the work efficiency and medical quality.
