摘　　要：目的:构建适合医院网络安全的管理体系,降低运行风险。方法:通过分析医院网络潜在的安全隐患,提出一种包含基础设施、网络架构、安全策略、性能监测和管理机制的五层网络安全体系架构模型,阐述了各层功能和实现方式。结果:方案有助于规范上网行为,提高网络运行的安全性和可靠性。结论:构建的网络安全体系架构为医院信息安全防护提供了一种可靠的解决方案。Objective Construct network security system for hospital to reduce running risk. Method： By analyzing the potentialsecurity risk, a five layers model for network security system is proposed including infrastructures, network construction, securitystrategy, performance monitoring and management mechanism. The function and complete method are also discussed. Result： Thescheme helps restrict online action, improve the security and reliability of network operation. Conclusion： The constructed systemmodel provides a feasible solution for network security protection of military hospital.
