摘　　要：目的:根据301医院目前手术室中潜在的管理瓶颈问题,找出手术室工作流程改善的方法,并通过指纹识别技术与计算机技术相结合的方式为手术室管理部门提供信息化的管理手段,防止"挂名手术",达到九点"刀碰皮"的要求,同时提高手术室手术间的利用率。方法:通过改善业务流程和指纹识别技术相结合的方法,对手术医师不能按时到达手术室手术间进行监督管理,对之前第一台手术不能按时开始、连台手术间隔时间太长等不合理的工作流程进行监督、改进、优化[1]。结果:改善业务流程和采用指纹识别技术管理后,挂名手术减少,手术间每日台次均大于之前。结论:通过业务流程的完善和指纹识别技术在手术室的应用,有利于提高手术室手术间的利用效率,实现手术室资源有效利用。同时有利于管理部门通过实时数据了解手术室的人员到位情况。Objective According to our potential in the operating room management bottleneck problem, find out the operatingroom to improve methods of workflow, and through the combination of fingerprint identification technology and computer technologyfor operating room management informationization management, prevent operation ＂front＂, to achieve the requirement of the ＂knifetouch skin＂ at 9 clock, at the same time, improve the utilization rate of operating room between surgery. Methods： By improving thebusiness processes and the method of combining the fingerprint identification technology, between surgery doctors can＇t arrive on time inthe operating room for supervision and management, can＇t start on time before the first surgery and the surgery time interval is too long,the unreasonable supervision over the work flow, improved and optimized. Results： After improving business processes and the fingerprintidentification technology management, reduce front surgery, surgery between daily were all greater than before. Conclusion： Through theimprovement of the business process and the application of fingerprint identification technology in the operating room, is conducive toimproving the efficiency of operating room between operation, effective utilization of resources achieve the operating room. At the sametime is conducive to the management through the real-time data to understand the operating room personnel in place.
