摘　　要：培育组织层面的创业精神,建构创业型组织是农村合作组织发展的关键途径。要着力构建培育农村合作组织的创业精神、合作能力、学习能力来形成创业型农村合作组织的培育机制。打造组织内部企业家创业精神、组织层面持续创业精神、组织内部和外部合作的持续发展的发展机制。融合创业型农村合作组织的培育与发展机制,建构农村合作组织的竞争优势,推动农村合作组织实现创业转型,使其嵌入当前变革的农村社会、政治和经济及文化结构中,在我国农村经济发展中发挥更大的作用。The development of rural economy needs to promote the core competitiveness of rural cooperative; the entrepreneurial orientation is the important way to increase the organization ’s performance,So,how to foster and develop entrepreneurial cooperative is the vital factor to rural cooperative. This paper suggests that through building entrepreneurial orientation for rural cooperative,it can become organization competitiveness and shape entrepreneurial rural cooperative. The entrepreneurial cooperative embedds rural social,political and economical structural,drives the farmer to develop innovation road and promotes the speed of rural economy.
