摘  要:对接头套复合模进行了研究和设计,介绍了接头套复合模加工工艺由落料、正反拉深、冲孔和切边4道工序的复合而成,详细分析了接头套零件加工的工艺性和模具结构。通过对模具结构的分析,提出了在模具中同时进行正反拉深和挤压切边工艺,实现了落料、正反拉深、冲孔和切边4道工序的复合,使得复合模在加工零件中取得了成功。The compound die of joint sleeve is researched and designed in the paper. The compound die processing of joint sleeve is composed of blanking, deep drawing, punching hole and cutting 4 steps. The joint sleeve process and die structure were analyzed in detail. Through the analysis of the die structure, The process that positive and negative drawing and extrusion cutting were carried out at the same time was put forward, compounding 4 processes of the blanking, deep drawing, punching hole and cutting. Finally, the compound die has been successfully used in manufacturing process.
