清肠止泻散敷脐联合珠芽蓼止泻颗粒治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果

摘　　要：为探讨清肠止泻散敷脐联合珠芽蓼止泻颗粒口服治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果，将60例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，各30例，对照组给予补液、纠正水电解质酸碱平衡及微生态制剂等常规对症治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予清肠止泻散敷脐、珠芽蓼止泻颗粒口服。对比2组临床总体疗效及主要临床症状消失时间。结果显示，治疗组总有效率（93．3％，28／30）明显高于对照组（80．0％，24／30），P〈0．05。治疗组发热、呕吐、腹泻消失时间及脱水纠正时间均明显短于对照组，P〈0.05。结果表明，清肠止泻散敷脐联合珠芽蓼止泻颗粒口服治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Qingchang Zhixie San（a Chinese medicine powder formula for clearing the bowels and stopping diarrhea） application on the umbilicus combined with orally administering Zhuyaliao Zhixie Keli （a Chinese medicine gramule formula for stopping diarrhea） in the treatment of childreffs rotaviral enteronitis.The 60 children with this entronitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment one, 30 cases for each;the former received routine western medicine therapy（fluid replacement, rectifying water-electrolyte balance disturbance,and administering microbial-ecological agent, etc）, based on which the latter added above-mentioned two Chinese medicine formulas;then clinical whole effects ,disappeared time of main symptoms were compared between both groups.As results,the total effective rate of the latter was significantly higher than that of the former（93.3%,28/30 vs 80.0%, 24/30） （ P 〈0.05）;And, the disappeared time of fever, vomiting and diarrhea, as well the time for rectified dehydration in the latter were significantly shorter than that in the former（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above mentioned two Chinese medicine formulas for treating children＇s rotaviral enteronitis has great effect.
