摘　　要：为了证明面曝光快速成形系统具备制作细微结构的能力,利用自主开发的快速成形系统,制作出了壁厚为0.039 mm的蜂窝状单壁结构和槽宽为0.17 mm的狭缝结构。试验结果表明,该成形系统有较高的制作分辨率,具有制作细微结构的能力。To demonstrate the mask exposal stereo lithography system has the ability to fabricate microstructures,components having vertical wall with the thickness of 0. 039 mm and slot with the width of 0. 17 mm are successfully fabricated by the self- developed system. The experimental results indicate that the resolution is higher than the ordinary SL system,and the mask exposal stereo lithography system has the ability to fabricate microstructures.
