摘 要:针对印染废水中亚甲基蓝常规处理方式的不足,分别选择Fe3_O_4和Mn^(2+)代替传统芬顿试剂中的Fe^(2+),研究类芬顿试剂及H_2O_2浓度、溶液初始pH等因素对印染废水中亚甲基蓝去除效能的影响。实验结果表明,Fe3_O_4代替Fe Cl_2对亚甲基蓝的去除率低于50%,去除效果并不明显。反应溶液中H_2O_2浓度的变化对处理效果有略微影响,反应溶液中H_2O_2浓度越高,处理效果越好。Mn Cl_2作为类芬顿试剂代替Fe Cl_2,在酸性条件下对亚甲基蓝的处理效果明显增强。当Mn Cl_2浓度为0.04~0.06 mmol/L,pH值为3时处理效果最好,亚甲基蓝去除率接近100%。In order to solve the problems of conventional treatment in the removal of methylene blue from printing and dyeing wastewater, Fe3O4 and Mn^2+were chosen separately as Fenton-like reagents to replace Fe^2+ in the conventional Fenton reagent. Concentrations of Fenton-like reagents and H2O2, and initial pH on the removal efficiency of methylene blue were investigated. The results indicated that Fe3O4 instead of Fe Cl2 on the removal rate of methylene blue was lower than 50% and the removal effect was not obvious. The initial H2O2 concentrations slightly affected the removal efficiency of methylene blue.High concentration of H2O2 always resulted in a better removal of methylene blue. When Mn Cl2 was used as a Fenton-like reagent instead of Fe Cl2, it had the strongest action in the removal of methylene blue under acidic condition. In the range of0.04~0.06 mmol/L Mn Cl2 at pH 3, the removal rate of methylene blue was close to 100%.
