摘 要:为了优化适用于大庆油田应用的发泡剂体系,通过对7种表面活性剂和6种稳泡剂的泡沫及界面性能分析,筛选出了FL和HPAM发泡剂体系,并优化出了FL浓度为0.3%、HPAM浓度0.1%的最佳配比。发泡剂体系可同时满足起泡体积大于150m L,泡沫半衰期大于30 min,且能形成超低界面张力。该发泡剂体系配方在油田泡沫复合驱现场试验,应用效果良好。In order to optimize the foaming agent system applied to Daqing Oilfield, 7 kinds of surfactant and 6 kinds of foam stabilizer were provioled. Based on the foaming properties and interfacial properties of the systems composed of the surfactants and the foam stabilizers, the foaming agent system consisting of surfactant FL and foam stabilizer HPAM was screened out, and an optimal formulation composed of 0.3% surfactant FL and 0.1% foam stabilizer HPAM was obtained. The optimal formulation system can meet the foaming volume of more than 150 mL, the foam half-life of more than 30 min, and can form a super low interfacial tension. It has a good field application effect in Daqing Oilfield.
