摘　　要：测井工程劳动定额分为测井工程施工工时定额和测井资料解释工时定额两大类,相同工序的工时使用统一标准。依据测井工程施工及解释实际情况调整了部分工序和标准工时,并对工作量、测量及处理井段的增加采用了更合理的工时系数,便于不同测井工程作业的横向和纵向的对比分析,为生产任务合理安排和工作量准确考核奠定了坚实基础,使劳动考核更加简单明确。Well logging engineering labor quota is divided into two categories： working hours quota of well logging engineering construction and working hours quota of well logging data interpretation, and uniform standards are used for working hours of the same proeess. A part of the working process and standard hours are adjusted according to the actual situation of logging engineering construction and interpretation, and a more reasonable working hours coefficient is adopted to the increase of the workload, the measurement and the well section treatment, which will be convenient for the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of different logging engineering operations, lays a solid foundation for the reasonable arrangement of the production tasks and the accurate assessment of the work load, and makes the labor assessment more simple and clear.
