摘　　要：高含水原油对海上原油贸易计量有着很大的影响。阐述了高含水原油在检验鉴定和计量过程中应该注意的事项,对一船高含水原油在FPSO流量计、装港提油轮、卸港提油轮等几个方面计量数据进行了初步的分析和研究,给出了海上原油贸易计量中所发生的特殊情况的分析过程和参考结论,为减少海上原油贸易交接计量纠纷提供借鉴。High water content of crude oil has a great influence on the trade measurement of offshore crude oil. This paper expounds the matters that should be paid attention to in the inspection and measurement process of high water-cut crude oil, the measurement data of high water-cut etude oil using FPSO flow meter, loading port oil tanker and unloading port oil tanker are analyzed and studied, and the analysis process and the reference conclusions of some special situations in the trade measurement of offshore crude oil are presented, which can provide reterence for reducing the disputes in the trade transter measurement of offshore crude oil.
